How do you protect my stored goods against unauthorised access?
The fenced and locked premises and the hall are equipped with 14 cameras that monitor every corner and record everything 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The cameras and motion detectors trigger 4 sirens with flashing lights and daylight floodlights around the hall via the alarm system in the event of unauthorised access outside opening hours. At the same time, all mobile employees and the police are informed. In addition, the site is under constant personal surveillance.
How long can I rent the storage space for?
As long as you like, the longer the period, the cheaper.
The minimum rental period is always one month. Each month or part thereof will be charged. However, you can cancel the rental agreement at any time at the end of the month without notice.
How can or must I pay?
Currently only by bank transfer after receipt of invoice.

Insurance: are my items protected against burglary, vandalism, fire and water damage, as well as against the forces of nature, and what additional insurance policies and services do you offer for an extra charge?
Bluebox is only liable for damage caused by itself or its employees up to €3,000 per box
However, every customer can insure the contents of their boxes up to €3,000 against the aforementioned risks for a small surcharge. For other objects, such as boats and vehicles without their own hull insurance, we are currently in negotiations with an insurer
